I’m a certified Peak Pilates instructor with over two years of teaching experience at one of Antwerp’s leading Pilates studios. Before Pilates, I was a professional tennis player, which gave me a strong understanding of how the body moves and performs

With FOURS, I created a small and calm studio where I guide clients through personal reformer sessions, helping them build strength, control and confidence in their bodies. I’m always looking to improve and help you discover your full potential, while safely challenging your body.
